Serious House Fire Reported On Jersey Shore (Developing) A fire leveled a two-story home on the Jersey Shore, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The fire was reported about 7 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 28 on the first block of Monroe Ave. in Toms River, initial reports said.  The home was well-involved with flames and then suffered a partial collapse engulfing two cars in flames, an unconfirmed report said.
