Officers Break Windows To Stop Jersey City SUV Driver From Fleeing Traffic Stop: Carlstadt PD A Jersey City driver who had no license or registration when she was stopped by Carlstadt police got back into her SUV, locked the doors and then crashed into a parked car when she tried to drive off, authorities said.
