Broken Arm, Facial Injuries Reported In Paramus Crash
A crash at a busy Paramus intersection sent an occupant to the hospital with a broken arm and facial injuries, responders said. The woman was in a Honda CRV that broadsided a Tesla at Paramus Road and West Midland Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9. Another occupant and a small dog in the Honda escaped injury. Pursuit Goes Up, Down Route 208, Ends In Wyckoff Crash: Franklin Lakes PD
A late-night pursuit that began in Franklin Lakes ended with a crash in Wyckoff and all four occupants bailing out, authorities said. Franklin Lakes Officer Matthew Garrison was on routine patrol when he spotted a suspicious-looking BMW X2 on Longbow Drive near Franklin Lake Road around 10 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, Capt. Mark McCombs said. An attempt to stop the vehicle on nearby Orchard Lane prompted the driver to hit the gas and speed off, he said. Crash Shuts Route 80 In Morris County (

A serious crash closed the westbound lanes of Interstate 80 in Morris County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 4:30 p.m. near Exit 39 (Route 53) in Denville Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. An intoxicated driver was believed responsible for a horrific crash predawn crash Monday involving an SUV and a garbage truck on westbound Route 80 in Bergen County. Tractor-Trailer Tips On Flyover At NJ/NY Border
A tractor-trailer driver was injured when his rig tipped Wednesday afternoon on a notorious flyover near the Bergen/Rockland border.
