Margaret Anderson-Elbolini, 52 of Hackettstown, was behind the wheel of a vehicle that veered off River Road and hit the fence around 6:15 p.m. Saturday, according to a Mount Olive police report. Responding officers found the license plate and traced the vehicle's registration to a home in Vasa Park, it says.
