Mount Olive PD: License Plate Left Behind Leads To Drunk Driver A license plate that fell off a hit-and-run vehicle that damaged a fence led Mount Olive police directly to a driver who they said was drunk when she answered the door. Margaret Anderson-Elbolini, 52 of Hackettstown, was behind the wheel of a vehicle that veered off River Road and hit the fence around 6:15 p.m. Saturday, according to a Mount Olive police report.
