Covid-19: 3 More North Jersey School Districts Remote Until January Three additional school districts in North Jersey are going all-remote until January. Officials from Newton Public Schools, Sparta Township Public Schools (Sussex County) and North Arlington Public Schools (Bergen County) announced this week.  Newton and North Arlington will reopen Jan. 18, and Sparta will reopen Jan. 19. As of Friday, there were 3,635 new coronavirus cases and 23 more deaths reported in New Jersey.
