A judge ordered that an ex-con from South Hackensack who was seized in a SWAT team raid remain in custody after he told a police officer that he "should've killed y'all mother f*ckers as soon as you came in the door." Mother's Ale House in Wayne has hit the real estate market. The Route 23 Mountainview Boulevard building spans 11,695 square square feet, according to the listing by New Vistas Corp. The sale comes with a liquor license, parking lot with 76 spaces, and a finished basement to be used as a banquet room. The restaurant closed two months ago. A parolee accused of firing a gun at three people outside Mother’s Ale House in Wayne last month had help, authorities said. Ex-con Errol Heber, 36, of Passaic “was identified as an accomplice to the shooting,” Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
