Stevens Institute Sorority Sisters Rally For Paramus Native Battling Brain Cancer A Stevens Institute sorority is coming together in support of their chapter president Kristi Garino, a Paramus native who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. More than $12,700 had been raised for the Stevens Institute junior on a GoFundMe as of Thursday morning. The 20-year-old is the chapter president of Alpha Phi at Stevens.
