The vaccine costs S25, no insurance accepted. Payment must be cash or check only; no credit cards. Regular Medicare participants must bring their Medicare Part B card for billing purposes. Pregnant women must bring a note from their obstetricians.
Children between the ages of 3 and 17 can be vaccinated only if a parent or guardian is present.
The flu clinic runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at 231 Old Tappan Road.
