Police: Sedan Driver Impersonated Officer, Pulled Vehicle Over In Morris County Police in Morris County have issued a warning after receiving a report of a sedan driver impersonating an officer and making a traffic stop. A Washington Township resident was stopped while driving home on Pleasant Grove Road just off Schooley’s around 9:30 p.m. May 14, police said. The vehicle — described as an older red sedan with alternating flashing blue and red lights inside — pulled in behind the resident and turned the lights off before the resident became suspicious and drove away, police said.
