Motorcyclist, 26, Seriously Hurt In Head-On Crash With SUV In Sussex County A motorcyclist was seriously injured after crashing head-on into an SUV in Sussex County Sunday afternoon, state police said. Dakotah Lewis, 26, was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle southbound on Route 23 when he crossed over into the northbound lanes and crashed head-on into a Ford Explorer near milepost 48 in Wantage Township just before 1:20 p.m., WRNJRadio reports citing NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez. Lewis, of Highland Mills, suffered serious injuries, while the Ford driver and passenger suffered minor injuries in the crash, which remains under investigation, Goez said.
