Bronx Construction Worker Survives Fall Through 30-Foot Roof At Ledgewood Commons A 40-year-old construction worker from the Bronx survived a 30-foot fall through the roof of a Morris County construction project, authorities said. Jesus Manuel Garcia was airlifted to a local hospital with serious injuries after falling through the opening of a roof at the site at the Ledgewood Mall on Route 10 around 1:10 p.m. Saturday, Roxbury Police Department spokeswoman Jennifer Dillard said.
