Teen In Morris County Crosswalk Struck By Car A 17-year-old girl was struck by a car while walking in a marked crosswalk in Morris County Tuesday night, authorities said. The girl was crossing over the intersection of East Blackwell Street and South Morris Street in Dover when she was hit by a 49-year-old woman driving a 2009 Toyota Camry just after 5:30 p.m., Police Deputy Chief Jonathan E. Delaney told Daily Voice.
