Rapper Killed In Pennsylvania Motorcycle Crash A rapper and hip-hop artist was killed in a crash in Lancaster County on Sunday. Anthony "Skitz Tha Rippa" Walters, 34, of Columbia, has been identified as the victim according to the coroner's office. Walters was attempting to pass another vehicle when he accidentally hit it, according to investigators.
