Police Seek ID For Owner Of Truck, Trailer Involved In Phillipsburg Hit-And-Run
Police in Phillipsburg are attempting to identify the owner of a truck and trailer they say were involved in a hit-and-run crash and other suspicious activity. The crash occurred Friday, August 11 around 6:30 p.m., according to Phillipsburg Police, who didn’t immediately specify a location. The vehicle is a blue Ford F150 with damage to its rear passenger side bumper and taillight. The trailer is black with plywood on the back and is missing a passenger-side tire. A driver from the West Coast was hospitalized after he crashed his new pickup truck into a utility pole on Route 9W in Englewood Cliffs, downing wires and forcing the entire road closed, authorities said. The 36-year-old resident of Santa Cruz, CA was taken to Englewood Hospital and Medical Center after his 2023 Ford F150 crashed on Sylvan Avenue just south of Sherwood Avenue shortly before midnight Monday, Aug. 14, Englewood Cliffs Police Detective Lt. Authorities are seeking clues about a driver who struck a pedestrian in a Lehigh Valley pizza shop parking lot and fled the scene. A white Ford F150 struck the victim in the parking lot of Pen Argyl Pizza at 510 E Main St. and fled the area around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, Slate Belt Regional Police said in a release on Sunday, June 26. ? Bethlehem Police Seek Men In $600 Home Depot Theft
Police are seeking the public’s help identifying two men they say stole hundreds of dollars’ worth of wiring from Home Depot in Bethlehem. The men — pictured above — were seen on surveillance footage leaving the Nazareth Pike Home Depot location with approximately $600 of wire around 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 18, township police said in a Wednesday release. Police: Cyclist Struck By Hit-And-Run Driver In Morris County
A cyclist was struck by a driver that fled the scene in Morris County Friday morning, police said. The cyclist was hit by a black Ford F150 that left the scene near Southern Blvd. and Lafayette Avenue in Chatham Township around 11:25 a.m., initial reports said. The victim was treated for minor injuries by the Chatham Emergency Squad and refused further medical attention, Police Chief Thomas Miller told Daily Voice. Pickup Slams Into Teaneck Utility Pole
A driver walked away without serious injury after his pickup truck slammed into a utility pole in Teaneck. The driver told police a vehicle suddenly turned in front of him shortly before 4:30 p.m. Saturday. He said he swerved to avoid the vehicle and his Ford F150 struck the pole, snapping it in half, on River Road near the corner of Pomander Walk across from Five Star Premier Residences of Teaneck. A 28-year-old man died six days after his 69-year-old father of injuries sustained in a Roxbury car accident, authorities said. Vincent Borny had been fighting for his life at Morristown Medical Center following the crash that took his father Ken Borny's life Sept. 25, outside of Ledgewood Commons in Roxbury, his uncle Tom Borny said. Morris County Sheriff's Officer, Pick-Up Driver Hospitalized In I-287 Parsippany Crash
A Morris County sheriff's officer and pick-up truck driver were hospitalized with injuries after their vehicles colliding on Route 287 in Parsippany early Tuesday morning, New Jersey State Police said. The unmarked sheriff's vehicle and Ford F150 were headed southbound in the two left lanes when they collided around 6:50 a.m. near milepost 42.2, Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. The officer and the 27-year-old Ford driver were taken to Morristown Medical Center, he said. Both lanes had been reopened as of 8 a.m.
