A pickup truck driver was freed and taken to a nearby hospital after crashing into a wall at a busy intersection in Dover, authorities said. The Dover Fire Department responded to the crash at the intersection of West Blackwell and Prospect streets on the morning of Sunday, Aug. 28. Crew members stabilized the truck and extricated the driver by pushing the cab back with hydraulic tools, the department said. 3 Hurt As Car Flips On Route 15 In Morris County
Three people suffered minor injuries following a crash on Route 15 in Morris County, authorities said. The Dover Fire Department responded to the crash on Route 15 on Friday, June 3, the squad said. Crews worked to stabilize the vehicle while ensuring that local power was not affected. Three patients were treated at the scene for minor injuries, the department said. A trapped driver had to be rescued and taken to a nearby hospital following a rollover crash in Morris County, authorities said. The Dover Fire Department responded to the crash scene and found the driver trapped in a car that had flipped onto its side on Route 46 on Wednesday, April 27, the company said in a Monday release. Emergency crews used cribbing and struts to safely extricate the driver, who was then turned over to an ambulance to be taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. A crash on Route 46 brought down a traffic signal and utility pole over the weekend, authorities said. The Dover Fire Department responded to the crash at Mt. Hope Avenue and Route 46 in Dover and confirmed a downed pole on Saturday, April 16, authorities said. Crews worked to mitigate a fluid spill as the NJDOT was requested to replace the signal, the department said. Route 46 was temporarily closed as the crash scene was cleared.
