Manjares del Caribe is now open at 477 Rt. 10, according to the township’s economic development committee, which celebrated the grand opening Friday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Manjares del Caribe offers a variety of Caribbean classics bursting with authentic flavors. On the menu, you’ll find everything from steak, chicken and seafood entrees to empanadas, vegetables and rice, salads, Caribbean-style burgers and more.

Meanwhile, the Dover location on West Blackwell Street has begun a month-long closure in preparation of the new dining space.

MDC is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
