Man Accused Of Killing Mother In South Jersey Home: Prosecutors An Atlantic County man was facing charges after police said he killed his mother, according to authorities. Sean Daly, 53, of Mays Landing, was charged with murder and weapons offenses, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Thursday, Mar. 21. He was accused of killing his 74-year-old mother Melba Daly, also from Mays Landing. Township of Hamilton police responded to a 911 call at a home on Quinn Avenue at around 11:38 a.m. on Wednesday, Mar. 20. When officers arrived, they found Melba Daly dead inside the house. Woman, 34, Killed, Three Others Hurt In Atlantic County Crash A 34-year-old woman from Cumberland County was killed in a three-car crash in Atlantic County, authorities said. Kerry Forest of Vineland died in the head-on crash. Two other drivers and a five-year-old child were hospitalized. On Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 12:41 p.m., Hamilton police responded to Millville Avenue at Pittsburg Avenue for a two-car motor vehicle accident. PA Woman Struck, Killed In South Jersey: Police A 36-year-old pedestrian from Pennsylvania was struck and killed in Atlantic County, authorities said. Heather L. Gerevics was crossing Millville Avenue at the intersection of Route 40 in Hamilton at 7:58  p.m. on Saturday, Sept 17, when she was hit, police said. Gerevics, of Washington, Pennsylvania, was pronounced dead at the scene. The drive of a Nissan Pathfinder, Herman Lopex, 53, from the Mays Landing section of Hamilton, stopped., police said.
