DUI Driver Indicted In Crash That Killed Double Organ Transplant Survivor In NJ A Delaware man was accused of driving drunk, speeding, and ignoring a red light in a crash that killed a woman in Atlantic County, authorities said. Kevin Wilson, 63, of New Castle, was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday, Mar. 19 for first-degree aggravated manslaughter, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. Douglas Matthews was arrested after he was observed sitting in the Lakewood Bus Terminal on First Avenue in Lakewood at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19. Daishaliz Velez Fernandez, who has no known connection to the child, was being held in a Delaware jail after allegedly taking the child from Harvest Point Apartments in Salem, the outlet says citing authorities. Thomas Herlihy, 37, of New Castle, Delaware, was sentenced Friday to seven years in a treatment facility for sex offenders, according to Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill.
