Keyport Murder Suicide: Ilya Gagin, Ekaterina Kalyapina
A husband killed his wife in a murder-suicide in their Monmouth County home, authorities said. The bodies of 37-year-old Ekaterina Kalyapina and 39-year-old Ilya Gagin were found in a house on Chingarora Avenue on Tuesday, Mar. 19. Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago announced an update in the investigation in a news release on Monday, Mar. 25. A body was found in the back seat of a car at a Jersey Shore shopping center, authorities said. At 4:52 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 12, the Howell Township Police Patrol Division responded to the Howell Common Shopping Center after someone reported a foul odor coming from a vehicle, police said. Police found a deceased person in the rear of a blue Chrysler Pacifica. Police ID Body Found In Central Jersey Lake
The body of a 36-year-old man from Central Jersey was recovered from a lake, authorities said. The deceased man was identified as Trinidad Perez, of Jamesburg, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone. On Sunday, June 11, at about 10:30 a.m., his body was found in Thompson Park Lake. Perez had no obvious signs of trauma to his body, Ciccone said. Worker Electrocuted, Killed By Live Wire In Mercer County: Police
A worker was electrocuted and killed while working on fiber optic lines, authorities said. Dean Kitchin, 52, of Cherry Hill apparently touched a live power line during the work, they said. His lifeless body was found on top of a box truck, according to Hamilton police. Hamilton police and firefighters were called to 11 Souith Gold Road for a report of a fire on Wednesday, March 1. There was no foul play, Hamilton police said. The Middlesex County Medical Examiner's Office was conducting an autopsy.

The body of missing Princeton University student Misrach Ewunetie was found the afternoon on Thursday, Oct. 20, authorities have confirmed. A motorist was killed in a crash on the Jersey Shore, authorities said. The crash occurred about 6:30 a.m. on Route 18 southbound in Marlboro Township, police said.
