Motorcyclist, 27, Seriously Injured In Jersey Shore Crash A 27-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash in Manchester, authorities said. The crash occurred on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, at approximately 4:45 pm, on Route 37 between Bone Hill Road and Commonwealth Boulevard, according to Manchester police. The sole rider of the motorcycle, Thomas O’Brien of Lakehurst, was observed lying in the left lane of the roadway approximately 46 feet west of the motorcycle, police said. The crash occurred before 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29 at Whitesville and Ridgeway roads in Manchester, initial reports said. Richard Jupinka was on-duty grabbing lunch at Café Napoli when he noticed the young girl was choking on July 14.  Realizing the girl's life was in danger, Jupinka went over the to girl's table as her uncle unsuccessfully attempted the Heimlich maneuver, police said.
