Galloway Man Killed By Driver, 29, Who Crossed Center Line In Hamilton Crash: Police A 62-year-old man was killed in a Route 50 crash Saturday, Feb. 17, authorities said. Thomas Nyers, of Galloway, was heading north on the roadway in Hamilton when 29-year-old James Langlois, of Richland, was heading south in a 2017 Dodge Ram around 6:05 p.m., Hamilton police said. Langlois crossed into the northbound lane of travel hitting Nyers' vehicle south of Old Egg Harbor Road, authorities said. Woman, 34, Killed, Three Others Hurt In Atlantic County Crash A 34-year-old woman from Cumberland County was killed in a three-car crash in Atlantic County, authorities said. Kerry Forest of Vineland died in the head-on crash. Two other drivers and a five-year-old child were hospitalized. On Thursday, March 23, at approximately 5:45 p.m., the Township of Hamilton Police Department responded to the crash. First responders were called to the Gravelly Run Sand Wash at 7:44 p.m. on Saturday, Hamilton police said in a statement. The 19-year-old victim got injured in the water near Ocean Heights Avenue and Somers Point Mays Landing Road, police said. Friends and other bystanders helped the unidentified swimmer until emergency personnel arrived, according to the report.
