South Jersey Man, 29, Charged In Acquaintance's Shooting Death A 29-year-old Burlington County man has been charged with fatally shooting "an acquaintance" in the head earlier this month, authorities said. Kwacey Q. Burlington County Man, 28, Fatally Shot A 28-year-old man from Burlington County was fatally shot early Thursday outside of his home, authorities said. Barry Barino of the Millbrook Park section of Willingboro Township was killed about 1:30 a.m., Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Willingboro Township Public Safety Director Kinamo Lomon said. Willingboro Township police officers were called to the first block of Maplewick Lane on a report of a shooting. They found Barino's body of outside the rear door of his home, Coffina and Lomon said.
