A Central Jersey pickup truck driver was reported trapped and unconscious after colliding with a tractor-trailer, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash occurred about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on Route 9 at Aldrich Road in Howell, initial reports said.

Howell police were not immediately available for comment.
