Town Hall Meeting Set For Mysterious Odor That Stank Up South Jersey A town hall meeting is planned, in-person and via Zoom, on Tuesday evening, Aug. 16, in East Greenwich, Gloucester County to discuss last week's rotten egg odor caused by a chemical leak. The odor was first reported on Wednesday, Aug.. 10. It spread to several adjoining counties and across the Delaware River.
