Edward A. Facer, 48, was driving a Freightliner tractor southbound when it ran off the right side of the highway, through the guardrail, and down an embankment near milepost 22.5 in Bedminster around 5:10 a.m. on Friday, August 25, NJSP Det. The crash occurred at about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, June 6 outside entry Interchange 11 (Garden State Parkway) in Woodbridge, according to the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. The right shoulder was blocked, 511nj.org reported. New Jersey State Police said there were no injuries in the crash.

No injuries were reported in the mishap in Mahwah shortly before 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6. Three men were in the truck, which apparently was carrying exercise equipment for a Brooklyn-based freight company when it spun around in the rain and hit the divider. Dump Truck Driver, 24, Killed In Garden State Parkway Rollover Crash A 24-year-old dump truck driver was killed in a crash on the Garden State Parkway Wednesday, New Jersey State Police said. The truck went off the road and struck a guardrail then overturned into the embankment in the median on the southbound side of the highway at milepost 37.4 around 2:30 p.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez said. The driver, Brandon Lawson, of Manchester Township, was pronounced dead a the scene. No other vehicles or passengers were involved.
