Serious Crash Reported On Garden State Parkway A serious crash was reported on the Garden State Parkway in Ocean County, authorities said. The crash occurred at 11:26 a.m. northbound in Eagleswood Township, New Jersey State Police said. Preliminary information indicates in the area of milepost 60.5, the driver of a Toyota RAV 4 lost control and came to rest in the roadway, according to Lt. Lawrence Peele of the State Police. There were no other vehicles involved in the crash, he said. The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries, he said. The crash remains under investigation. One left lane was blocked, according to 511nj.org.
