Concrete Truck Rolls Over In Central Jersey (Developing) A concrete truck overturned near the I-287 ramp in Piscataway, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The crash occurred at about 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19 on Station Road, initial reports said. Plainfield police had responded. An unconfirmed report said the driver suffered a broken leg.
