Anneris Deleon also has been charged with weapons offenses in connection with the death of Anthony Patterson, 32, of Edison on Thursday, April 11, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone. The incident occurred at 12:32 p.m. on Thursday, April 20.on the Garden State Parkway  southbound at milepost 127.7 in Woodbridge, according to New Jersey State Police. Preliminary investigation revealed that an individual jumped from the roadway into the water below, State Police said.
