Woman Hit Child With Skee-Ball At Jersey Shore Arcade: Police Cape May police seek the public's help in identifying the woman in the white dress. She was involved in a disagreement with another patron of the arcade.  As a result, she threw a skee ball striking a child in the back of the head, police said.
