NJ Doc Accused Of Sexually Abusing Patients Now Charged With Insurance Fraud: Prosecutor A New Jersey doctor accused of sexually abusing six of his patients has now been charged with insurance fraud — as has his office manager, authorities said. Teacher Charged With Sexual Contact With 2 Students In Perth Amboy A 56-year-old teacher has been charged with criminal sexual contact and child endangerment involving two students, authorities said. Edward White of Tinton Falls, a carpentry teacher, is accused of inappropriately touching the students on separate occasions while employed at the Middlesex County Perth Amboy Magnet School, they said. White was being held in the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center pending an initial appearance in Superior Court. The investigation is active and continuing.
