Man Who Sexually Assaulted Child For Years Gets 40 Years: Monmouth Prosecutor A 39-year-old man from Asbury Park man, who sexually abused a juvenile over multiple years, was sentenced to 40 years in New Jersey State Prison, authorities said. Julian B. Hart, 38, was a registered sex offender, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago.
