Victim Slashed On Throat With Bottle Critical, Central Jersey Man Charged, Police Say A Central Jersey man was arrested for slashing another man's throat with a bottle, leaving him critical during an argument Saturday night, authorities said. Perth Amboy police responding to 375 New St. found the 31-year-old resident with a gash across his throat around 9 p.m., Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Acting Perth Amboy Police Chief Larry Cattano said.
