The crash occurred at about 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19 on Station Road, initial reports said. Plainfield police had responded. An unconfirmed report said the driver suffered a broken leg. The discovery was made near Exit 8 in Piscataway on the southbound side of the highway around 3:25 p.m., state police told NJ.com. It is not clear exactly what the trooper found.
