North Carolina Man Arrested In Central Jersey Assault
A former Middlesex County resident now living in North Carolina has been arrested for assaulting a woman last year, authorities said. Halirou Abdoulaye, 33, formerly of Highland Park, was charged with criminal restraint and disorderly persons simple assault, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Highland Park Police Chief Richard Abrams.
