Grenade Explodes Injuring Woman In Mercer County A 39-year-old woman was injured when a deactivated grenade exploded in Mercer County, authorities said. On Monday, June 10, at approximately 11:40 a.m., Hightstown police were dispatched to the Deerfield/Westerlea Arms Apartment complex rental office on Westerlea Avenue. The woman was suffering from severe stomach pain, police said. Was Body Found Floating In Central Jersey Lake Registered Sex Offender? UPDATE: A 60-year-old man found floating dead in a Mercer County lake may have been a registered sex offender in the area.  Local police identified the body as Dana "Mike" Fields, of Highstown, but did not say if it was the same Dana M. Fields, a registered sex offender in the area. Sgt. Benjamin Miller, a Hightstown Police Department spokesman, said he could not confirm or deny if it was the same person.
