New Wawa Store Opens On The Shore Wawa, Inc. and about 60 employees celebrated the grand opening of its newest store at 10 Lanes Mill Road in Brick Township. Brick Mayor Lisa Crate helped count down the moment when the doors opened at 8 a.m. Thursday, April 6, for the very first time. There was a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Wawa’s mascot Wally Goose, Customers enjoyed free coffee. Additional promotions and discounts continue through Sunday, April 9, Wawa officials said.
