Authorities are investigating a double shooting that took place on the Jersey Shore. At 7:14 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, members of the Freehold Borough Police Department responded to the 70 block of Center Street for the report of a shooting incident. A man implicated in a Maryland murder was captured in New Jersey and being held pending extradition, authorities said. Capitol Heights resident Milton Alarcon-Ruiz, 21, is the third person to be implicated in the fatal shooting of Hyattsville's Mynor Galvez Juarez, 29, on Friday, June 16, police in Prince George's County, MD said. Woman, 28, Killed In Camden County
A 28-year-old woman was shot and killed in Camden County overnight, authorities said. Michelle Cruz was found having suffered gunshot wounds on the 100 block of Mouldy Road around 405 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Lawnside Police Captain William Plenty said. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A man found with gunshot wounds inside of his car has died, authorities in Middlesex County said. The unidentified male was found inside a car near Aspen Court in Piscataway around 4 a.m. Labor Day, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said.
