Vineland Man, 34, Charged In Head-On Crash That Killed Atlantic County Prosecutor's Employee A Vineland driver who had his license suspended for DWI was responsible for a head-on collision Tuesday that killed an employee from the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, authorities said. Eduardo Ibanez-Sanchez, 34, was behind the wheel of a 2012 Volkswagen Golf that rear-ended a 2020 Kia Forte on eastbound Harding Highway (Route 40) shortly before 7 a.m. Tuesday, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G.
