Cemetery Worker Rescued From Grave In Central Jersey A cemetery worker who fell into a grave was rescued in Central Jersey, authorities said. At 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, South Brunswick Police received a report of a man falling into a grave at the Holy Cross Cemetery, 840 Route 535.  South Brunswick EMS, Monmouth Junction Fire Department, and Monroe Fire Department responded.  The emergency agencies found a 47-year-old male down approximately 6 feet in an open grave site. It turns out the body of the 93-year-old Korean woman whose death they were mourning in a Westchester cemetery had been left back at the funeral home in New Jersey. Another corpse had been dressed in her clothing, placed in the casket and brought that morning to a funeral in Leonia. It was then driven 25 miles north in a procession to Valhalla, NY.
