Corrections Officer Charged With Sex Assault On Child Under 13: Prosecutor A New Jersey corrections officer has been indicted on sexual assault charges involving a child under 13, authorities said. Jonathan Perez, 33, was charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, one count of sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H.
