Man Who Went On 11-Day Burglary Spree Resists Arrest In Somerset County: Prosecutor A 53-year-old man has been arrested in a string of burglaries across one Central Jersey town. Brian F. Cicerelle, of South Bound Brook, burglarized cars in the early-morning hours between Aug. 29 and Sept. 9, Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald said. An investigation identified Cicerelle as the suspect. Around 3:10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 10, a South Bound Brook officer made contact with Cicerelle following a motor vehicle stop as a result of this investigation.
