Police ID Driver, Passenger Killed In Sayreville Crash Authorities have identified the driver and passenger killed in a head-on collision with a box truck in Sayreville. Domingo Coach-Sam, 27, and the passenger sitting behind him, Gaspa Sam Ciprian, 28, died in the crash at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31 at the intersection of Bordentown Avenue and Waterworks Road, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said. Their hometowns were not released. Motorist, 68, Killed In Head-On Crash With Tractor-Trailer In Central Jersey A 68-year-old man from East Brunswick was killed when he crashed head-on into a tractor-trailer, authorities said. The crash occurred at 11:01 a.m. on Bordentown Avenue near the entrance to the Sayreville Soccer Complex, according to Sayresville Capt. Daniel Plumacker. The driver of a Hyundai Elantra, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, Plumacker said. Fatal Crash Reported In Central Jersey: Developing A fatal crash was reported in Central Jersey, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The crash occurred about 11 a.m. on Bordentown Avenue by Fort Grumpy Recycling Center in Sayreville, initial reports said. A medical helicopter was requested for a second crash victim.  A Middlesex County hazmat crew was called for fluid spills.  Sayreville police were not immediately available for comment. None of the victims have been identified. The Sayreville woman was driving east on Bordentown Avenue about 2 p.m. on Tuesday when her car crossed into the westbound lane and struck an SUV, Sayreville police said.
