NJ Coronavirus Cases Now At 11 With Newest Cases In Monmouth County The first two presumed positive cases of coronavirus have been identified in Monmouth County, authorities said. That brings the statewide total of positive cases to 11.  Monmouth County Freeholder Director Thomas A. Arnone and Freeholder Deputy Director Susan M.
