Sayreville Swimmer, 19, Drowned In PA Park After Saving 8-Year-Old Cousin: Coroner A New Jersey man was found dead in a Pennsylvania lake after disappearing while swimming on Sunday, Aug. 6, officials told Daily Voice.  Elisam Santana, 19, of Sayreville was swimming at Beltzville State Park in an unauthorized area of the lake, said Carbon County Coroner Gerald D. Jones Jr.  Santana, the coroner said, had saved his 8-year-old cousin from drowning when he went under the water and never came back up.  At Santana's autopsy on Tuesday, Aug. 8, his death was ruled an accidental drowning, Jones said.

Lawrence Botts, of Sparta, was attempting to use an inner tube to go around the side of his dock to get onto land from Lake Mohawk when the tube started to drift away from the boat into the water shortly after 12 p.m., Sparta Police Lt.
