The woman had declined treatment at the scene of the crash days earlier, but arrived at Orger Sibaja-Bolanos' home at the Brynwood Gardens Apartments on Wednesday, July 20, with her boyfriend, NJ Advance Media says citing court papers.

Sibaja-Bolanos brought the woman into a bedroom where he began massaging the areas where she said she was in pain, then instructed her to take off her shirt and bra, the charging document says. Then, he told her to take her pants so he could "check her body for bruising," court papers say.

Sibaja-Bolanos apparently injected the woman in her buttocks three times with an anti-inflammatory drug after she had instructed him to stop the "procedure." The woman called 9-1-1 immediately after.

The investigation determined Sibaja-Bolanos was not a medical doctor, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Old Bridge Acting Police Chief Scott Gumprecht said.

On Thursday, July 21, Sibaja-Bolanos was arrested and charged with sexual assault,  aggravated assault and unlicensed practice of medicine, the prosecutor said. He was being held in the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center pending a pre-trial detention hearing in Superior Court.
