NJ Man Accused Of Repeatedly Sexually Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl In PA A 21-year-old Jersey Shore man was arrested on accusations he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl for months in Chester County, PA. Police began investigating late last year after it was reported that Luis F. Adan, of Jackson, met up with the female in West WhitelandTownship and engaged in sexual contact, West Whiteland  Det. Scott Pezick said. The two met online and the acts occurred between October and December 2020, Pezick said. Update: Authorities ID Family Of 4 Dead In Suburban Philly Murder Suicide Authorities have identified the family of four found dead in an apparent Chester County murder-suicide over the weekend. Relatives called police for a welfare check at the West Whiteland Township home on the 100 block of Mountainview Road around 12:30 p.m. Sunday, after they had been unable to reach the family for several days, according to local police and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
