The 31-year-old "technician" placed a virus on the elderly man's computer and posed as a Microsoft specialist for PNC Bank, the FBI and the Treasury Department, according to Gloucester Township Police. When the victim realized he had been scammed he contacted the Gloucester Township Police Department.
