Fatal Trenton Police Shooting 'Justified' At 2018 Arts Festival, Mercer Prosecutor Says A deadly gang-related gun battle involving four Trenton police officers during an arts and music festival was justified, authorities said. The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office announced its findings on Thursday after investigating the fatal June 2018 shooting at the "Art All Night"  festival.
