These Are The Victims Of The Toms River Condo Fire At least 37 people were left homeless by a weekend fire that gutted an apartment building in Toms River, authorities said. The three-alarm fire broke out at about 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 15 at 30 Inverness Drive, as reported here.
