Bloods Leader Killed In Trenton Shooting, Authorities Say A reputed leader of the Bloods street gang was shot and killed in Trenton, authorities said. The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton police are investigating the fatal shooting on Friday, May 26, police said. Sharief Treadwell, 36, a self-described ‘four-star general” of the Trenton Gangsta Killa Bloods sect, died after being shot near Oakland and Hoffman streets, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office. Man Carrying Toy Rifle Nabbed For Burglaries In Atlantic City A man carrying a toy rifle was stopped by police and connected to several Atlantic City burglaries, authorities said. On Tuesday, Jan. 10 at 9:12 a.m., officers were dispatched to a home on North Indiana Avenue for a 911 report of a male attempting to break into a shed on the caller’s property. Hanging Investigated At Atlantic City Tower Hotel Authorities are investigating the hanging death of a 59-year-old man at an Atlantic City hotel.  Atlantic City police were called to the Club Wyndham Skyline Tower at 5:28 a.m. on Monday on a report of a man hanging from the balcony of an upper level floor.  Police officers were escorted to a hotel room by security where they found a rope tied around the balcony railing.
